Shipping Policy

We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹1,000.

Orders of ₹1,000 or above qualify for free shipping.

The applicable shipping rate at the time of checkout will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment. These thresholds may be updated from time to time.

Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of successful payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

During high-demand periods such as festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, courier logistics, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

You can also view your order status and tracking information at any time from the Orders section of your account on our website.

Please ensure your delivery address, including pincode and phone number, is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, additional charges may apply for re-shipping, which will be communicated to you.

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at sproyalfood@gmail.com with your order number.
